We are here to help! We assist families through the complexity of insurance coverages and claims on their behalf.

BY YOUR SIDE – Autism Therapy Services (BYS) is committed to providing the assistance needed with your insurance provider, as well as helping you understand your benefits. We recognize the challenges parents face when trying to determine the best insurance coverage for their child. Therefore, we work to alleviate the confusion and frustration that parents can sometimes feel when trying to understand their eligibility and coverage of their child’s treatment.

Our experienced team provides the following insurance support:

  • We contact the insurance company for families to verify benefits and eligibility
  • We confirm that you understand your insurance policy coverages
  • We file billing on behalf of our families
  • We secure pre-certification of services and provide any follow up needed for approval
  • We provide any necessary therapy reports requested by the insurance provider
  • We will file, on behalf of the family, any appeals on rejection to claims
  • We collaborate with our families to help resolve all claim issues or delays
